- I have lived in Flitton for the last 14 years. I am married with children who attend the local schools. I have been a school governor at Greenfield Lower School for the last 7 years, a Parish Councillor for the last two years and a District Councillor also for the last two years. I studied at Cranfield University a while ago later qualifying as a Chartered Engineer and having spent the last 20 years promoting renewable energy and energy efficiency am currently the Energy Manager for the University.

The Big Green Challenge would be a great way of engaging the local community and reducing our CO2 emissions.
I really like the idea of the challenge because it will strengthen the local community. Energy saving can be fun!
